About us:

M J Energy Services was set up by Dr Mike Jackson who has been involved in renewable energy, energy efficiency and green issues for several years.

• Fully Qualified and Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with the NHER accreditation scheme.
• Member of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (mIDEA)
  
• PhD in physics gained from research into the surfaces of semiconductors such as those used in solar photovoltaic panels. 
• Worked for 10 years doing engineering and development for a scientific company in Manchester.
• Ran a biodiesel project and made small solar panel systems
• Attended many courses on renewable energy and energy efficiency.
• Advising local council and community groups on "green issues"
• Worked with local architect on energy efficient building design.

Area covered:

We provide Home Information Packs (HIPs), Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Energy Efficiency Assessments and Renewable Energy and Green advice and information in the East Yorkshire area of the UK. Covering Driffield, Bridlington, Beverley, Hornsea, Market Weighton and Pocklington.
