Home Information Packs (HIPs) for £250*

If you are selling your home you will need a HIP pack. We can arrange one for that is acceptable to any estate agent giving you the freedom to choose your preferred agent without having to pay over the odds for the HIP.

We work with a number of local companies that can provide reasonably priced HIPs. They provide the searches and we do the EPC. We can provide confirmation to the estate agent very quickly so there is no delay to marketing your property.

The HIP takes 3-5 days to complete and is fully covered by insurances and the HIP code etc.

The HIP pack must contain the following documents:

• Index
• The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• Sale Statement
• Official drainage and water search
• Local authority enquiries
• Official copy of the individual register
• Official copy of the title plan

* £250 is the price you pay (freehold or leasehold) there is no VAT or extras to add unless the property is very large or in some cases for leasehold properties. Contact us for more information.
