Low Cost Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)*

New legislation has been announced in May 2010. Now all properties going up for sale or rent require an EPC, although the HIP packs have been suspended.

We can provide EPCs for domestic and commercial properties.

An EPC can only be created by an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). The house is surveyed by the energy assessor looking at insulation, boiler efficiency etc.

Our fully qualified and accredited DEAs can offer a Flexible and Friendly service. We can arrange to survey your home at a time that is convenient for you.

We also offer a domestic energy pre-assessment before your house goes on the market so you can take measures to improve it's energy rating before putting it up for sale. We can then offer a substantial discount on the actual EPC.
