Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

All houses offered for sale require a Home Information Packs (HIP), which must contain an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

An EPC can only be created by an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). The house is surveyed by the assessor looking at insulation, boiler efficiency etc.

Our fully qualified and accredited DEAs can offer a Flexible and Friendly service. We can arrange to survey your home at a time that is convenient for you.

We also offer a domestic energy assessment before your house goes on the market so you can take measures to improve it's energy rating for the actual HIP pack. I can then offer a substantial discount on the actual EPC for the pack.
