Low Cost Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)*

New legislation has been announced in 2011. Now all properties going up for sale or rent require an EPC, including holiday lets, although the HIP packs have been suspended.

We can provide EPCs for domestic properties from £49 and commercial properties from £99(*).

An EPC can only be created by an accredited Energy Assessor (DEA for domestic properties and NDEA or "CEA" for commercial properties). The building is surveyed by the energy assessor looking at insulation, boiler efficiency etc.
